Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care and delivery of clinical services in our 8-bedded unit. Key responsibilities include delegating nursing tasks, monitoring service users' conditions, supervising team members, and making critical decisions regarding service user assignments and staff scheduling. You will also serve as a liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
