Job Summary:
Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our Business Services department, you will play a crucial role in preparing accounts for various business entities, managing Corporation Tax returns, and overseeing client portfolios.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accountant looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services to clients, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements and accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Manage the preparation of Corporation Tax returns, business tax computations, and personal tax returns
* Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
* ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent AAT certification with relevant experience
* Previous experience working within a practice in a similar role

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £47,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including discounts and contributory pension schemes, you will also receive flexible working arrangements, TOIL/overtime paid in accordance with company policies, and a discretionary bonus scheme to reward exceptional performance.
