Job Title: Charter Specialist

Join Global Charter, a leading private jet charter company, as a Charter Specialist and take your career to new heights. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by brokering private jet charter flights and leveraging your industry expertise.

We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals with varying levels of experience, starting from a minimum of 2 years in a charter broker role, up to senior brokers with extensive industry knowledge. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment, with the opportunity to work alongside a talented London team.

While the position requires a strong presence in our City of London office for 4 days a week, you will also benefit from the flexibility of working from home one day each week. If you're eager to contribute to a growing, dynamic company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients through a mix of inbound lead management and targeted outbound efforts, including email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Global Charter remains their preferred supplier.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage key accounts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • CRM Activities: Regularly update and maintain the company CRM system (Integral) to optimise sales processes and client management.
  • Existing Client Cultivation: Leverage and develop existing client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
