Cera Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our nurse-led team in the Whitchurch area. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to a gentleman with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored care and support to meet the individual's needs, including brain injury management, tracheostomy care, peg feeding, and bowel management.
- Work collaboratively with the client's healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in a home care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to pass a DBS check and provide professional references.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
