Job Overview

Nexus HR Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Programme Manager to lead an ongoing project in Chester. The ideal candidate will have expertise in External Wall Insulation (EWI), solar, loft insulation, and Cladding Works Installation (CWI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the site management team and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive project progress and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project programmes, incorporating resource allocation and timelines to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, with a focus on EWI, solar, loft insulation, and CWI.

What We Offer
