We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cook Leader to join our team at Pertemps Network Catering. As a luxury hotel, we offer elegance to all our clientele and strive to provide high-quality meals in our rosette-standard kitchen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in line with the menu and recipes provided. This will involve training and developing all staff under their supervision and monitoring stock levels.

With a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, this role offers excellent benefits, including off-site staff accommodation at £60 per week and includes bills. The ideal candidate will have access to their own transportation and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality meals in line with the menu and recipes provided
  • Training and developing all staff under their supervision
  • Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with suppliers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
