Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the welfare and well-being of looked-after children, building effective relationships with them and their families, and providing opportunities for them to influence the decisions that affect them.
You will also work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure a joined-up service centered on the child, engaging in activities, meals, personal care, and recording, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent qualification, as well as experience working in a service or provision supporting children and young people with complex needs.
Additionally, you must hold a full valid UK driving license and be willing to transport children and young people as required. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
