About the Role
Rotherham United Community Trust seeks a skilled individual to fill the role of Youth and Adult Community Engagement Specialist. This position involves developing and delivering health and wellbeing programs that cater to young people, adults, and older adults in the local community. Reporting to the Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering business plans, designing and implementing high-quality health and physical activity opportunities, and working with diverse groups to meet their needs.

Job Purpose
The successful candidate will contribute to the overall vision of the Trust by providing high-quality health and wellbeing programs that meet the needs of the community. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and match days as required. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver health and wellbeing programs for young people, adults, and older adults
- Collaborate with the Health and Wellbeing Manager to design and implement business plans
- Work with diverse groups to meet their needs

Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
- Competitive salary: £24,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, including evening, weekend, and match day commitments
