A skilled Office Administrator is sought to provide administrative support to a thriving construction company in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, directing tasks to relevant departments, and maintaining office systems.

This Construction Office Coordinator position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with strong career progression prospects. Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls and direct tasks to relevant departments
* Maintain the senior manager's diary and paperwork
* Process administrative requests, including data entry, file management, and document control
* Organize and maintain office spaces and systems
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings
* Issue invoices
* Handle mail and email correspondence
Requirements
* Previous experience in administration, preferably in construction or engineering
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent planning and organizational abilities
* Computer literacy with experience of Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
