Programme Administrator Opportunity

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading London University to recruit an experienced Programme Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to Postgraduate Research students, including assistance with funding arrangements and student records.
  2. Contribute to the day-to-day administration of programmes within the department, utilizing databases and software such as SITS and Moodle.
  3. Utilize excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  4. Support the team in delivering high-quality administrative services to students and staff.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting postgraduate research students and administering Higher Education research programmes.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
