Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Administrator to join our team at Smart IT Frame LLC. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in designing, planning, and implementing storage solutions at an enterprise scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of functional requirements and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of data center architecture and automation technologies, enabling the development of scalable and secure storage solutions.
  • Proven experience in handling and troubleshooting storage products such as Dell VMAX3, PMAX, Pure, and HP, ensuring high uptime and performance.
  • Experience in implementing Time Finder, SnapClone, and remote replication using SRDF/A at the Symmetrix PowerMax VMAX, streamlining data management and protection.
  • Experience in working on storage migration projects and data migration tools such as Cirrus or any equivalent tool, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal results.
  • Working experience on Cisco and Brocade switches administration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis, ensuring network stability and efficiency.
  • Experience performing migrations between multiple switch products, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Knowledge of scripting tools like Python or any other equivalent tools to support the automation journey, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Detailed knowledge of DCNM, VSANs, ISL, NPIV, enabling the development of advanced storage solutions.
  • Detailed knowledge of logical fabrics, LSANs, context switching, ensuring high-performance and scalability.
  • Detailed knowledge of SAN, NAV, FOS, and ACS Gateway, enabling the development of secure and efficient storage solutions.
  • Experience with Broadcom/Brocade Director Class switches, ensuring high-performance and scalability.
  • Experience with SYMCLI, Unisphere, Cisco DCNM, and Brocade BNA, ensuring seamless integration and management.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem management skills, ensuring prompt resolution of complex storage issues.
