In this role as our Academy Training Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering practical compliance training for our trade workforce. This includes courses such as Ladder Safety and Manual Handling. Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will prepare and deliver a range of training programs that contribute to our company culture in line with Places for People.

This position requires a thorough understanding and experience of working in a construction environment. You must be able to present effectively to diverse audiences by creating engaging training materials to support course delivery. Additionally, having a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential.

The essential criteria for this role are:

  • A qualification in Electrical installation
  • Experience in delivering training
  • Willingness to travel nationally to deliver training courses

An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position due to our commitment to safer recruitment practices.

You will be required to travel nationally to deliver training courses, providing you with opportunities to engage with diverse groups and share your expertise.

Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
