Position: Plant & Equipment Coordinator

Overview

The Plant & Equipment Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting essential contacts, focusing on the management of both onshore and offshore equipment, along with overseeing hire agreements and service documentation for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate within the team to meet critical project specifications and targets.
  • Maintain and organize service records meticulously.
  • Coordinate the hiring of equipment with preferred suppliers, including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Oversee equipment tracking, including hire equipment, and ensure the collection of necessary certificates for each project.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times, promoting safe housekeeping practices.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, such as paperwork organization and file management.
