About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing team at FedBucks Ltd. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical pharmacy team.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients using your expertise in medicines management.
- Develop and manage medicines management plans to proactively manage patients with complex poly-pharmacy.
- Maximize cost-effective prescribing and improve the quality of patient care.
- Provide specialist expertise in medicines use and address public health and social care needs.
- Develop relationships with other pharmacy professionals and stakeholders across the health and social care system.
Person Specification
- Essential skills and qualifications include a Master's Degree in Pharmacy, registration with the GPhC, and membership of the RPS.
- Experience in a hospital, community, or general practice setting is also essential.
