About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to drive online sales growth and manage profitability across Central European markets. This role is crucial in optimizing and scaling our paid traffic efforts, with a focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and paid social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Traffic Performance: Drive overall paid traffic performance across Central European markets (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Traffic and other team members to grow online order volume for Central Europe.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Translate large amounts of campaign data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from E-commerce, marketing, and content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing & Communications, Economics & Business Administration, or similar.
  • ~3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in online marketing and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of brand awareness concepts and measurement.
  • Self-learner who stays up-to-date on online marketing and eCommerce trends.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio.
  • Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods, including weekends and evenings.
