We are looking for an exceptional Lead Clinical Specialist to join our Child Clinical Psychology Service in North Wales.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead responsibility for clinical decisions which require analysis, interpretation, and comparison of options
  • Delegated responsibility for professional leadership, planning, provision, and review of BCUHB Child Clinical Psychology Services
  • Responsibility for professional leadership and management of psychology staff

The successful candidate will have a good Honours degree in Psychology and a Post-graduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or its equivalent) as accredited by the British Psychological Society.

They will also have registration with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist and clinical supervision training for supervising Doctoral trainees.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for continuing professional development.
