We are seeking an outstanding Clinical Services Director to join our Child Clinical Psychology Service in North Wales.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to take the lead for the psychological intervention provision for our unit and contribute to team training, service development, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead responsibility for clinical decisions which require analysis, interpretation, and comparison of options
  • Delegated responsibility for professional leadership, planning, provision, and review of BCUHB Child Clinical Psychology Services
  • Responsibility for professional leadership and management of psychology staff

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of exercising full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care, with experience of co-ordinating care within the context of multi-disciplinary care-planning.

They will also have experience of providing teaching, training, and/or professional and clinical supervision.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for continuing professional development.
