Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design of products through all development phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement mechanical design solutions for complex products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements.
  3. Utilize CAD and FEA tools to design and analyze mechanical systems.
  4. Manage thermal management design, precision machining, and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
  5. Present design reviews to customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 9 years of industry experience in electronics packaging design and analysis.
  3. Proficiency in working with electronics assemblies and PCBAs.
  4. Experience with CNC manufacturing and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
