We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with medication administration and record-keeping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work flexibly and be willing to undertake additional training and development opportunities.
