About the Role

This is a part-time position, approximately 22.5 hours per week. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationships
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, suggesting promotions, and implementing effective visual merchandising displays
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, and encouraging team members to do the same
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring a consistent and appealing store image
  • Monitor and control stock levels, managing inventory and minimising waste
  • Contribute to operational efficiency, adhering to company procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example
