Key Role in Our Digital Insurance Provider

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with accountable business owners to align strategic objectives between the business and supplier base, defining roadmaps and ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Ensure effective supplier meetings are conducted, adhering to the supplier framework, outlining agendas, chairing sessions, capturing minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Identify key supplier risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain consistent internal governance processes for all critical suppliers.
  • Contribute to commercial initiatives and provide operational teams with a platform to communicate with the supplier chain.
  • Monitor and resolve issues, implement remedial actions, and deliver timely supplier reports to support company risk committees.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or home services sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing and engaging senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
