About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support the delivery of a range of live and virtual events. The successful candidate will have a proven background in event planning and coordination, with experience in managing events across different formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of events across live and virtual formats
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth event execution
  • Manage speaker and attendee logistics
  • Support event registration and online event management
  • Collaborate with the design team to create event materials
  • Provide online and onsite event support
