Telecoms and Contact Centre Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telecoms and Contact Centre Consultant to join our team at Emerald Starfish. As a leading independent IT infrastructure consultancy, we provide expert guidance and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telephony and contact centre solutions, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients
  • Building professional relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Presentation experience to project teams and business stakeholders
  • Previous technical support or project experience
