Game Development Director

Flix Interactive is seeking an experienced Game Development Director to lead our team in creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a clear vision for the project, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of game production, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive game engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in game development, with 5 years in a leadership role on AAA titles.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of Agile development practices and experience with multiple game development platforms and engines.
  • Passion for video games and the gaming industry, with a strong network of industry connections.
  • Experience growing a project from the prototype/pre-Alpha stage to full production and release.
