Job Title: Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent service techniques and ensuring the team adheres to our high standards.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in their absence, taking charge of store operations and ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with store operations, processes, and procedures, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to develop and implement training programs, ensuring all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the Store Manager, driving performance and excellence.
  • Ensure the store image aligns with our business standards, conducting regular floor walks to maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to workplace safety protocols and providing a positive experience for staff and customers.

  • Have a genuine passion for retail and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge within our business.
  • Be prepared to put in the effort required to drive business success and deliver exceptional results.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
