About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at END. as a key member of our store operations team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service and building a personal client list.
  • Supervise and service drive the sales team, working with them to achieve sales targets and lead the team in excellence of service.
  • Deputise for the Manager and Assistant Managers in their absence, covering all aspects of their role.
  • Have a good working knowledge of store operations, including processes behind all services and procedures.
  • Support the Management team in training to ensure all staff are equipped with knowledge relevant to the industry and the specific product END. represents.
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to continually improve performance, communicating them to the Store Manager regularly.
  • Maintain the store image by conducting and following up on floor walks to maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards.
  • Ensure workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers.

  • Have ambition within the Retail function and be prepared to put in the necessary effort to help make the business a success.
