Workshop Quality Control Lead

About You:
We're seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Toyota Basingstoke. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working collaboratively as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress of repairs and service, communicating any delays to the service advisor.
- Check workshop capacity based on additional work requirements.
- Ensure quality checks are conducted according to Inchcape and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and provide feedback on technicians' quality and efficiency.
- Allocate work to qualified technicians.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Technical knowledge and qualifications related to vehicle maintenance.
- Previous experience supervising or managing technicians.
- Computer literacy, with Kerridge experience desirable.
- Completed required training courses.
- The ability to work to high-quality standards and efficiency targets.
- Excellent team player and communication skills.
