Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism, personally or professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with individuals with special needs.
