About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecologist/Marine Biologist to join our Ecosystem Solutions team at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ecological assessments and reports, liaising with regulators, and assisting with project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct marine biology assessments and produce comprehensive reports
  • Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Assist with project management, including resource planning and fee proposal preparation
  • Deliver technical work on complex projects, including biodiversity net gain and ecological risk assessments
Requirements
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management
  • Appropriate BSc or equivalent qualification in a relevant environmental discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively to deadlines
  • Proficient user of MS Office software and ArcGIS
