About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Rose Inn in Wokingham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team and manage shifts to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink.
  • Manage guest expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist the management team with the running of the restaurant and implement new ideas and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
