Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

Giggling Squid, the largest Thai restaurant group in the UK, is seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained at all times
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:
