- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, dietary needs, and lifestyle
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Dietitian who has:
Current registration as a Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Experience of working in a hospital environment, preferably in an acute inpatient settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized nutrition plansAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts
