The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in a similar luxury hospitality setting, with a genuine passion for food, particularly in the realm of pastries and desserts. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the Pastry section, ensuring that all dishes meet exceptional quality standards and that the team is trained and motivated to achieve this goal.

Your creativity and expertise will contribute to the development of menus and services within the Pastry section, including the creation of innovative desserts and pastries for various dining experiences. You will work closely with the senior chefs to ensure that menu planning and stock usage are optimized, and that business levels are consistently high.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the efficient running of the Pastry section, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Collaborating in the creation and innovation of menus and services within the Pastry section
  • Maintaining the exceptional quality of food expected in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Training and delegating tasks to junior team members
  • Managing daily orders, stock usage, menu planning, and business levels
  • Ensuring cleanliness, stock control, and organization of the Pastry section

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
