Role Summary

Ladurée is seeking a talented and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a luxurious and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems
  • Bring guests to their tables, ensuring proper seating arrangements and preferences are respected
  • Address guest inquiries about menus, services, and any special accommodations
  • Operate the reception desk, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate floor: terrace, balcony, or restaurant
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and seating plans
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks when required
  • Collaborate with the Management, Kitchen, and Service Team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering luxury service
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage of £12-£15 per hour, employee discounts on Ladurée products and dining, opportunities for career development and advancement within Ladurée, exposure to a prestigious, globally renowned luxury dining environment, monthly travel allowance, employee assistance program (EAP), and pension plan. An estimated salary range for this role is £24,000-£30,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a starting rate of £12-£15 per hour.
