Job Title: Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant

Prospero Teaching is working closely with a specialist SEND organisation to provide educational support to students with complex needs, autism, and sensory needs. The site is easily accessible by road and public transport links, offering free parking on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support and work with children with SEN and complex needs
  • Personal care is involved
  • Create a safe environment that allows children and other students to have fun, learn, and succeed
  • Academic support
Requirements:
  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis, or experience of supporting those with complex needs in a care setting
  • Driven, energetic, and keen to pursue a career in education and special needs
Position Details:
  • LOCATION - Preston
  • POSITION - Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant
  • CONTRACT TYPE - Temporary to Permanent
  • MINIMUM DAILY RATE - GBP100
  • HOURS - Full time, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4pm

To be considered for this role, you will need to register with Prospero Teaching and complete a Child & Adult DBS, which is on the update service, unless you already have one.
