Senior Contracts Engineer

At Schneider Electric, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Engineer to lead and drive engineered orders. As a key member of our team, you'll be accountable for providing solutions to customers using advanced project delivery expertise for multiple large, complex, or multi-business projects to meet customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Process, administer, and coordinate customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery, customer specification, and budget adherence.
- Interpret technical requirements, prepare, and submit contract documentation as necessary, including technical documents, contract reports, and O&M Manuals.
- Liaise with customers regarding project elements, including approvals, variation instructions, deliveries, site work, customer inspections, and ongoing framework contracts.
- Manage customer projects to business and customer requirements, collaborating closely with Tendering, Production, and Sales teams.
- Provide feedback to Team Manager on current performance and ensure project performance is achieved through thorough, timely Contract Reviews.
- Manage risk to business objectives, both commercially and technically, and check work in progress through Review meetings, providing feedback for next bid submissions.
- Ensure departmental KPIs are met.
- More than 5 years' experience in a customer-centric role.
- Demonstrate experience in Technical Project Management.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a similar industry or exposure to switchgears.
