We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings, and Bill of Material lists for our production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks 3D and stress analysis
- Collaborate with the sales department and other design team members to provide Tender drawings for clients
- Develop detailed engineering reports for clients and 3rd party inspectors
- Work closely with the production department to ensure smooth implementation of designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical engineering
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's in Engineering
- At least 7 years' experience in a similar field, such as winch, crane, industrial gearbox, special machinery, or drivetrain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and have good attention to detail
- Experience in electrical or hydraulic circuits is an advantage
