We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Respiratory team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a pneumonia pathway, providing specialist nursing advice to colleagues and patients, and working as a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to review and interpret clinical investigatory results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a pneumonia pathway within the respiratory service
- Provide specialist nursing advice to colleagues and patients
- Work as a member of the MDT to review and interpret clinical investigatory results
- Determine next pathway stage, including discharge and referral to other specialist services
Requirements:
- Experience in respiratory nursing
