Tax Solicitor

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Client Partner/Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join our busy team in Kent. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and experience in all areas of private client law. You will be capable of supervising and training junior members of the team and have a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice on estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning
- Supervising and training junior members of the team

- Contributing to the development of the Private Client team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' PQE in private client law
- Experience in all areas of private client law
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality work
- Ability to supervise and train junior members of the team
