Tax Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Partner/Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join our busy team in Kent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and experience in all areas of private client law, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning.
The successful candidate will be capable of supervising and training junior members of the team and will have a strong understanding of the charity sector. They will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a range of charities and will work closely with the Private Client team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
