Opus People Solutions is seeking a dedicated Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join their team in Spalding.

As a seasoned professional in residential child care, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
  • Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build relationships and engage with the community.
  • Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager, and cover their duties when required.
