Assistant Manager - MAC Cosmetics

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Retail Artists.
  • Contribute to the creation of inspirational in-store events and experiences that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

About You

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
