About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our store. As a Keyholder, you will play a key part in supporting in-store events and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Contribute to the success of our team by providing excellent customer service and supporting in-store events
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening & closing the store
  • Experience of playing a part in supporting inspirational in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
