Executive Chef

As a Second Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to create nutritious, flavorful, and well-balanced menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of residents. • Assist the Head Chef in menu development, ensuring that dishes are both delicious and nutritious.
• Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining a warm, efficient, and fun environment.
• Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes that meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Collaborate with residents to tailor menus to their individual tastes and dietary requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining efficient stock control and working within budget.

• Hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification.
• Have a good understanding of nutrition and experience working with fresh seasonal food.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a budget.
