Thompson Aero Seating Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team on a night shift basis. As a CNC Machinist - Night Shift Specialist, you will be responsible for operating a range of CNC machines to produce high-quality components, while working closely with the engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to drive process improvements and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate several CNC machines to produce high-quality components
  • Work closely with the engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to drive process improvements and cost reduction
  • Liaise with the Technical Lead on any machine issues that affect quality and production

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in CNC machining, as well as a strong understanding of CNC programming and strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvements.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including health cash plan, contributory pension scheme, and cycle-to-work scheme.
