Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead our technical team and oversee service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of project engineers and helpdesk staff, ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 4 project engineers and 6 helpdesk staff
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members
  • Oversee and manage the service desk and project teams
  • Implement and optimize ITIL processes to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as an SME for Azure, Office 365, IP Networking, Windows Server, and related technologies
  • Support the strategic direction for the business

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with experience in project and people management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles
