  • Win major projects and commissions, aligning the business to secure key opportunities and increase our order book.
  • Act as Project Manager or Director for significant projects, ensuring strategic importance and compliance with SHEQ standards.
  • Mentor colleagues on the Succession Planning Schedule and Emerging Talent schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Leadership Group to promote technical innovation, best practice, and technological advancements.
  • Liaise with the DTL to set and agree local team structures, skills sets, and shapes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication with all business parts.
  • Strong commercial and strategic capability, with a track record of identifying and delivering new business opportunities.
  • Expert stakeholder management, relationship, and team management skills.
  • Forward thinking, with the ability to visualize and plan for the longer term.
  • A broad range of project experience, both within Discipline and multi-disciplinary.
