Executive Pizzaiolo

As a Head Chef at Pizza Pilgrims, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team of pizza makers and contribute to our mission of serving the best Neapolitan-style pizzas that bring people together.

The Role:

• You'll oversee the creation of authentic Neapolitan pizzas using premium ingredients from Naples.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure seamless operations and high-quality food production.
• Collaborate with our procurement team to source top-notch ingredients and manage inventory levels.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure consistency and adherence to our standards.
• Work closely with our management team to drive business growth, manage staff, and optimize kitchen operations.

Exceptional Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,500 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy:

• A generous tronc allowance starting at £7,000 annually, with potential for increase based on performance.
• A 45-hour working week over five days, offering a healthy work-life balance.
