Specialist SEN Education Role

An experienced SEN teacher is required to teach a challenging yet bright KS3 ASD class at a well-run and effective SEN school in South East London. The ideal candidate will have strong ASD knowledge, good behavior management skills, and a positive open demeanor. Experience teaching in an SEN setting is desirable but not necessary, as the Headteacher encourages applicants with the right skills and experience from mainstream schools.

About the School
The SEN school is a specialist institution catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues. The school provides a bespoke pupil-focused curriculum tailored to individual needs, with classes consisting of no more than eight pupils. Students receive personalized attention, enabling them to thrive in a nurturing atmosphere.
