As a Senior Network Operations Specialist at CRG TEC, you will play a critical role in supporting the global network operations function for a market-leading SaaS and connectivity business. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a rotating shift basis (including some nights) to support the UK, USA, and AsiaPAC markets.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around 55,000 plus a 25% shift allowance, totaling 68,750 per annum, with benefits including 25 days of holiday, pension, BUPA health, and gym membership.

This role involves working as a customer-facing NOC engineer with considerable remote support experience, requiring real-world experience with hardware/software such as Juniper, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, Extreme Networks, Cisco BroadWorks, FreeRADIUS, MySQL, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and LACP.

We prioritize efficiency through innovation, embracing automation to enhance our processes. If you have a strong interest in driving efficiency forward with innovative technologies, this role would be an excellent fit.

Prior experience working rotating shifts is preferred but not essential. With flexible working in place, typically 2 days per week in the office, and the remainder being work from home, evening shifts will be worked from home but will not start until Spring 2025.
